We have a large selection of organic cold meats, sausages, fast food, pizza, lasagne, pizzasandwich, fish and fowlproducts.
High quality without additives
All our products are made from fine, high quality raw materials and completely without any use of additives. We do not even use the few additives which are allowed for organic products.
All our meat is hand-cut and carefully graded. We never use mechanically recovered meat, blood plasma and extra meat proteins in Hanegal's products.
Pure organic production
Hanegal is the first - and hitherto only - slaughterhouse in Denmark which exclusively produces organic meat products.
The slaughterhouse was established in 1994 in connection with an organic farm which produces organic free-range pigs near Silkeborg, Mid Jutland.
Capacity was greatly increased in 1998 by the addition of a large new department in Haderslev, South Jutland.
Hanegal now produces the majority of the organic cold meats and sausages sold on the Danish market today.
